Paint Correction for Meath & Dublin Drivers

Swirl marks under the sun. Scratches from car parks and coin washes. Our paint correction service is machine polishing that actually cuts them back, not a quick wax that hides them for a week.

How It Works

The Process Involved in Paint Correction

02. Drop your car
We just need to drop your car off at our Dunshaughlin workshop, off the M3/N3.
03. We correct the paint

Finally, you can collect your car looking the way it should: clean, clear, and swirl-free.

Why Bring It To Us

Machine Polishing Beats a Wax-and-Hope Fix

A wax or a quick buff fills swirl marks with a layer of shine that washes off within weeks. Paint correction actually levels the clear coat, so the gloss comes from the paint itself, not from something sitting on top of it.

FAQs

What's the difference between paint correction and a normal polish?

A normal polish adds shine on top of the paint. Paint correction uses machine polishing to actually cut back the clear coat and remove swirl marks and light scratches underneath, not just cover them.

Most swirl marks and light to moderate scratches can be removed or significantly reduced. Deep scratches that have gone through the clear coat into the base colour usually need touch-up paint rather than correction alone.

A single-stage polish takes around two to three hours. Two-stage correction runs four to six hours, and a full multi-stage correction on heavily swirled paint can take a full day.

Yes, when done correctly. We measure paint thickness before starting and choose the correction level to suit what the clear coat can safely handle.

Yes. Correcting swirls and scratches first gives a ceramic coating a properly flat, clear surface to bond to, so the finish looks sharper and lasts longer.
